Ready to Take Your Performance to the Next Level?
At Revitalize Performance, every athlete begins with a Free Initial Assessment. This session allows us to understand you as an athlete before any training decisions are made.
What’s included in your Free Initial Assessment?
Goal Review
We discuss your sport, training history, goals, and what drives your performance.
Strengths & Limitations
We identify what you do well and where improvements will have the greatest impact.
Structure & Body Type Considerations
Your build influences how you move, produce force, and stay healthy. We factor this into your training approach.
Mobility & Movement Quality
We assess how you move to improve efficiency, reduce injury risk, and support long-term development.
Performance Metrics
Key performance indicators guide our programming — not guesswork or trends.
From there, our coaches design a custom training plan tailored to your sport, your needs, and your long-term development.
