Ready to Train With Intent?
At Revitalize Performance, every athlete begins with a Performance Assessment. Before a single drill, set, or sprint is programmed — we measure. Because you can't fix what nobody's measured.
What's included in your athlete's Performance Assessment
Speed, Power & Strength Testing We run your athlete through the same battery of tests we use to measure progress at week 6 and week 12 — so we know exactly where they're starting from. Numbers on paper, not eyeballed.
Movement Quality Screen Built and overseen with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. We screen for the specific movement restrictions and asymmetries that quietly cap performance ceilings — and put your athlete at injury risk.
Limiter Diagnosis You'll leave with a plain-English written breakdown of the 1–2 specific things holding your athlete back. Not jargon. Not a 14-item priority list. The actual short list.
Custom Training Plan If your athlete continues, we build their 12-week program from this exact data — CNS-sequenced, individualized, and re-tested at weeks 6 and 12 so you can prove what changed.
Getting started is easy
