High Performance Training (Advanced 15+ ages) Vol. 1
15-Week Advanced Strength Program
Built for athletes who want strength that actually transfers to performance.
This is a CNS-driven strength program designed to build elite levels of strength, speed, and durability without compromising athletic performance. It’s not a bodybuilding plan. It’s not random workouts. It’s an engineered system.
The program runs for 15 weeks, broken into five progressive training blocks, each with a specific purpose. Athletes move from building tissue capacity and movement quality, to max strength, to rate of force development, and finally to speed-strength expression and peaking. Every phase builds on the last — nothing is wasted.
Training follows a high–low nervous system structure, meaning high-intensity outputs (heavy lifts, jumps, throws) are paired together, while low-intensity work is separated to protect the nervous system and keep athletes fast, explosive, and healthy across the entire cycle.
Strength work emphasizes high-return compound movements like trap bar deadlifts, squats, split squats, presses, and pull-ups. Loads are selected based on intent and quality, not grinding reps. Bar speed, technical execution, and fatigue management matter more than chasing max weight.
Explosive work progresses intelligently from extensive to intensive, respecting tendon health and sport demands. Accessories are minimal and purposeful — used to fix weaknesses and reduce injury risk, not chase soreness.
The goal of this program is simple:
-
Build athletes who are fast before they’re tired
-
Strong without being slow
-
Durable across long seasons
-
Able to express power when it matters most
This is a 3-day-per-week full-body program, built for advanced youth athletes who already train seriously and want structure, progression, and results.
Training is engineered — not improvised
