Tier 1 Online Training provides athletes with professional structure and direction while allowing them to train independently. This tier is designed for athletes who want expert programming without ongoing management.
This is programming, not full coaching.
What Tier 1 Includes
1. Individualized Training Program
Athletes receive a structured training program built around:

Sport demands

Current phase of training
Programs are block-based and progression-driven, not random or constantly changing.
2. Clear Weekly Structure
Each program includes:

Prescribed exercises, sets, and reps

Clear intent for each session

Logical progression across training blocks
This removes guesswork and allows athletes to train confidently on their own.
3. Monthly Program Updates
Programs are updated monthly to:

Adjust volume and intensity

Progress exercises appropriately

4. Limited Coaching Support
Tier 1 includes:

Weekly asynchronous message check-in

One video technique review every other week
Support is focused and intentional — not continuous back-and-forth.

Readiness or fatigue monitoring
