Elite 1:1 Remote Coaching
Tier 4 is full performance management delivered remotely. This tier is reserved for athletes where precision, timing, and decision-making matter.
This is not upgraded programming — this is 1:1 coaching at a distance.
What Tier 4 Includes
1. Full Performance Evaluation & Intake
Athletes undergo a comprehensive evaluation to assess:

Movement quality

Strength and power profiles
-
Sport demands and competition calendar
-
Injury history and limitations
This evaluation determines training direction, priorities, and constraints.
2. Fully Managed, Individualized Programming
Programming is:

Built specifically for the athlete
-
Continuously adjusted based on performance and readiness
-
Aligned with sport schedule, competitions, and peaking needs
There are no fixed update timelines — changes are made when they are needed.
3. Weekly Live Coaching Calls
Athletes receive:

One live coaching call per week
Used for:
-
Technical breakdowns
-
Strategy and phase planning
-
Adjustments based on how training is responding
-
Competition preparation
This ensures constant alignment between athlete and coach.
4. High-Level Performance Monitoring
Tier 4 includes advanced monitoring of:

Training load and intensity
-
Sprint exposure and velocity targets
-
Power outputs and readiness indicators
Decisions are proactive, not reactive.
5. Priority Communication
Athletes receive:

Priority training-related communication
-
Fast response windows (12–24 hours)
Communication is limited to training and performance to protect clarity and coaching bandwidth.
What Tier 4 Does NOT Include

Lifestyle coaching
-
Nutrition counseling (unless added)

Unlimited non-training communication
This tier is focused exclusively on performance outcomes.
Who Tier 4 Is Best For

High-level competitive athletes

Athletes in-season or approaching key competitions

Athletes with tight performance timelines

Athletes who require constant oversight and adjustment
This tier is not appropriate for casual or inconsistent athletes.
